Getting started...
A Nurse Coordinator will explain the services available, assess your overall needs and the services you are requesting. Together you will determine what kind and how much help you feel you need, and whether you will be paying privately or have insurance to cover the cost.
If needed, the Nurse Coordinator will help you to complete the paperwork necessary to enroll in the service.
Personal Assistance Services
If you need help with your activities of daily living, a certified Nursing Assistant can help you with personal care such as:
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Feeding
Transferring from bed to chair
Toileting and continence management
Companion and Housekeeping Services
If you find yourself or a loved one in a situation where having someone around to help with housekeeping or general everyday tasks would provide a safety net, you may want the services of a Companion or a Housekeeper.
Depending on whether the primary need is to ensure safety and be available for stand by assistance if needed during bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and activities, or actual housekeeping, we offer a continuum of services to meet your needs such as:
Stand by assistance for personal care support
Reading
Crafting
Playing games/cards
Laundry
Ironing
Running errands
Writing letters
Accompanying to appointments or activities
Ensuring safety
Meal planning, shopping, preparation
Light housekeeping
Changing bed linens
Companion and housekeeping activities can be quite varied and are based on your individual needs and interests, however, we do not perform heavy chores.
Respite Services
Respite services provide a short-term temporary relief to those who are caring for a family member. These services are tailored to your specific personal or home care needs required at the time.
