How can we help you Stay@Home?

Do you or a loved one need help to carry out personal care or household management?

VNA Extended Home Care will provide private duty assistance in your home to help you STAY@HOME where you want to be. We will help you maintain your mobility, independence, health and well-being. The services are based on your individual needs and preferences. It is your choice. When you decide the time is right to seek help at home contact us at 724-471-4939 or email services@vnaindiana.org

Stay@Home offers a broad range of personal supports that can be provided in the comfort of your own home or out in the community. Services offered include:

Free Consultation
Personal Assistance Services
Companion and Housekeeping Services
Respite Services

When are services available?

The Nurse Coordinator will help you determine what best meets your needs. Care is available up to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. As your needs change, we can adjust the amount and type of your services.

How much will this cost?

The initial consultation is free. During the consultation, the RN Coordinator will guide you through the various payment options and can even help you to complete any paperwork required. Options for payment include:

Private Pay
Long term care insurance
Veterans Administration insurance
Medical Assistance

For your convenience, VNA staff submits most insurance claims on your behalf and we accept all major credit cards.

Because there are a variety of services and they are all based on your individual circumstances, the RN Coordinator will explain the cost for each type of service and the payment methods available to you during that first consultation.

Why should I hire an agency?

VNA Extended Home Care is licensed by the PA Department of Health and assures you that all the caregivers assigned to you are insured, bonded, trained and evaluated routinely for competency.

By using the VNA Extended Home Care service, you don’t have to worry - we handle all the payroll and related tax deductions for you.

And don’t forget, we make every attempt to provide back-up caregivers when needed.

How can I get services?

Because it is your decision to seek services from the VNA Stay@Home, you may contact us at any time by calling 724-471-4939 or email us at services@vnaindiana.org to request services.
