The staff of the VNA of Indiana County will strive to uphold the core principles of the VNA. At all times, the staff is expected to:

  1. Ensure that patients are treated with dignity and respect.
  2. Provide services in Compliance with Federal, State, and Local Laws and Industry Standards.Maintain the confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
  3. Act in a manner that reflects a fiduciary responsibility.
  4. Avoid Conflicts of Interest.
  5. Ensure that when more than One Service is provided to a patient that care or services are coordinated and complementary.
  6. Conduct themselves in an ethical manner.
