Code of Conduct
The staff of the VNA of Indiana County will strive to uphold the core principles of the VNA. At all times, the staff is expected to:
- Ensure that patients are treated with dignity and respect.
- Provide services in Compliance with Federal, State, and Local Laws and Industry Standards.Maintain the confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
- Act in a manner that reflects a fiduciary responsibility.
- Avoid Conflicts of Interest.
- Ensure that when more than One Service is provided to a patient that care or services are coordinated and complementary.
- Conduct themselves in an ethical manner.
