Director, Home Health
Mary is a twenty-five-year employee of the VNA in a variety of positions from RN Case Manager, Tele-health Coordinator, Clinical Staff Supervisor to Quality and Compliance Coordinator. Her prior work experience includes medical/surgical, intensive care and cardiac care units. She is a graduate of the University of Akron in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Masters of Nursing Education. Mary was promoted to Director, Home Health in May of 2017.
Director, Hospice and Palliative Care
Kim earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University, Denver, CO. She is certified in Hospice and Palliative Nursing through the National Board for Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses and is an End of Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) trainer. Kim has been with the VNA Family Hospice program since 1994, first as a nurse in the field for 16 years, then as the Education/Program Development Supervisor, until becoming the Hospice Director in August of 2013.
Alicia Pearce RN
Director of Client Services VNA Extended Home Care
Alicia came to VNA in 2000, working as a staff nurse in the field, then as the Psychiatric Home Health nurse. In 2005 she transferred to VNA Extended Home Care where she served as RN Coordinator for private duty services. In early 2019, Alicia was promoted to Director of Client Services for VNA Stay@Home and Professional Nurse Services.
